As long as you don’t owe the County or the Municipality any back taxes or other charges, you should be eligible to make an offer on our properties.

Contact Us For a Showing
(If the property contains a structure)
All interested parties must sign a hold harmless waiver prior to entering a Land Bank owned property.

Develop a Plan and Associated Costs
Based on those plans, make sure it is a permitted use for the property.

Complete and Submit an Application
Depending on your plan, complete either a property purchase application or a side lot application:

Note: The Land Bank needs a complete application before an offer is presented to the board. All property sales must be approved by the Lackawanna County Land Bank Board of Directors.
