The next regular meeting of the Governing Board of the Lackawanna County Land Bank will be held on Friday, November 8, at 10:00 AM.
The meeting will be held in the Commissioners Conference Room in the Lackawanna County Government Center, 5th floor, 123 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton.
